Briar Hill in Crestwood KY is a poplular destination for home buyers year in and year out.  It is in the award winning Oldham County school district and is just across the Jefferson County line so it is an easy commute back to east Louisville.  Last year by this time there were 7 homes sold and closed in Briar Hill.  As of today there has been only one sale  and 2 currently pending.  With 15 active listings it is inventory heavy, so seller’s might be anxious to sell and that may benefit buyers.
